How POD Can Help You
The Professional and Organizational Development (POD) Center serves NKU by helping faculty and staff in four areas:
- Instructional development
- Faculty development
- Curricular development
- Organizational development
In POD programming and consultations, you will find training in pertinent technological tools integrated into these four interrelated types of development.
POD Mission Statement
POD’s primary mission is to assist NKU in realizing its full potential as an intentional learning organization by helping its faculty and staff, individually and collectively, to continue their rigorous and relevant ongoing development in coordination with NKU’s core values and strategic priorities.
